"Prices felt a bit too high to me"
I was ready to buy, but after checking around a little, I found the same items for less somewhere else. Maybe it’s just me, but if I can get the exact same thing cheaper, it’s hard to justify buying here.

"Poor Complaint Handling"
I had to raise a complaint, and the way it was handled really wasn’t great. It felt slow and unhelpful, and that one experience has made me think their customer service in general probably isn’t very reliable.

I ordered it and at first everything seemed normal, so I didn’t think much of it. I kept checking back every now and then, especially since I was trying to plan around when it might arrive. The package did eventually get moving, but the annoying part was that the tracking never really updated properly, so I was mostly left guessing where it was

"Customer support didn’t really help me"
I reached out to sportfits.eu customer service about an order issue, i didn’t feel like I got much help. I had to repeat my question, and even then the answers were vague. To me, it felt more like they were trying to wrap up the conversation than actually fix the problem. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it was frustrating.

"Not seeing what makes it sustainable"
I was hoping to find clear info about their sustainability efforts, but it was hard to tell what they’re actually doing. The whole experience just felt like regular fast online shopping to me, which was disappointing. If they don’t make this more transparent, I’ll probably shop somewhere else next time.

"Return process was a headache"
I ordered a jacket and the sizing was just off, so I figured I’d send it back. the return instructions were way more confusing than they needed to be, and I ended up having to pay for postage myself, which wasn’t made clear upfront.
A friend had actually recommended the store to me, so I expected the whole experience to be smoother. Instead, I waited ages for my refund and had to keep chasing them about it. Not worth the hassle for me, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again...

"Sizing is really off, be careful"
I ordered my usual size from sportfits.eu, but the fit was just strange. The jacket was way too tight in the shoulders and somehow baggy around the waist, so it wasn’t comfortable at all. I checked the size chart beforehand, but it didn’t help much. Frustrating because I bought it for an upcoming trip and now I can’t really wear it. Just a heads up to others: be careful with the sizing here. I wouldn’t order clothes from them again.

"Felt like I was left hanging"
I tried to check out, but the payment page froze on me twice. After waiting around and not getting any kind of response or clear way to fix it, I just felt ignored and gave up.

"Tracking was all over the place"
I ordered from SportFits the tracking was a mess. No real updates for days. Then suddenly it changed to something else, but still no package. I kept checking it myself because I had no idea what was going on. No updates, no clarity, nothing. Maybe the item would’ve been fine, but the whole shipping and tracking experience was frustrating enough that I don’t think I’d order again.

I ordered a jacket that was clearly listed as available, then a few days later I get an email saying it’s actually out of stock?! Such a waste of time. They really need to keep the website updated better

The tags on the jacket just looked off to me. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, but come on now, it didn’t feel genuine. I won’t be buying again.

"Not feeling too confident about this"
My order was confirmed, but after that I didn’t hear anything else. No updates, no follow-up, nothing. It kind of makes me question the overall quality and reliability of the service. Not a great experience so far.

"An exchange process that really tested my patience"
Trying to exchange my order was quite the adventure, if your idea of adventure is waiting forever and decoding vague emails. I had to keep chasing updates myself, which was a fun little bonus I definitely didn’t ask for. Not exactly a smooth experience

"Not Enough Variety for Me"
I was checking out Sportfits for some outdoor clothes and shoes, but the brand selection felt limited. A lot of the brands I normally go for weren’t there, and some sections seemed to have the same few names popping up again and again. It made browsing more frustrating than useful. If you already like the brands they carry, it might be fine, but for me personally, I wouldn’t bother going back.

"Shipping made it too expensive"
I was ready to buy because the item price seemed reasonable, but the shipping cost at checkout really changed my mind. For one small item, it just felt like too much and made the whole order not worth it. Maybe it makes more sense if you're buying a bunch of things, but I’m careful about extra costs, so I ended up leaving my cart and ordering from somewhere with cheaper delivery.

"Decent if You Don’t Need Anything Specific"
I went in expecting a lot more variety, but the selection was underwhelming. To be fair, the place is organized well enough, which is nice since there wasn’t much worth digging through anyway. A lot of sizes were missing, and several items either looked almost identical or weren’t actually available. I had a hard time finding what I needed and ended up leaving without buying anything. Probably fine if you’re just browsing, but it wasn’t worth the time for me.
